I was a first time homebuyer when I was introduced to Marites. The first time I met her, I thought to myself,  "Hmmm... young realtor. I wonder..."  Oh, but was I ever wrong! Marites' youth belies her dedication, knowledge and better-than-a-veteran realtor's work ethic. I feel that I am very lucky to have her as my realtor. She took me into her "wing" and took care of me like she would her own mother. We met with our banker on a Saturday, he referred us to Marites and the following day we met her. She had a binder ready full of information for us, which was very well explained. As this was our first place we were very apprehensive and of course worried. Marites put us at ease the moment we met her and made us feel so welcome. She made sure we understood everything that we needed to know.
