I was a first time homebuyer when I was introduced
to Marites. The first time I met her, I thought to myself - "Hmmm... young realtor. I

"We met with our banker on a Saturday, he referred us to Marites and the
following day we met her. She had a binder ready full of information
for us which was very well explained. As this being our first place
we've ever bought we were very apprehensive and of course worried.
Marites put us at ease the moment we met her and made us feel so
