0% down still out there?

For those of you who missed the October 15th deadline for 0% down, there are still financing options for you out there.  A few my favourite mortgage brokers are still offering 100% financing.  Basically they will loan you the 5% down (tacked onto your mortgage) with a competitive interest rate.  Banks are still also offering 35 year amortization rates.  Ask for more details on how to minimize your monthly payments while paying down your principal.
