Born and raised in Richmond, BC to an accountant father and a entrepreneur mother, Marites inherited the ability to implement systems with innovative creativity and organizational skills. While working for a real estate developer, Marites saw the thriving real estate industry as a way to showcase her ambitious work ethic, while fulfilling her desire to help others. Marites pursued her passion and became licensed as a Realtor through the University of British Columbia.
After extensive training programs through Macdonald Realty, participating in numerous seminars offered through the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, and learning street knowledge as an investor herself, Marites has successfully been selling real estate with her 'thinking outside of the box' approach. She also became MacAuction certified in 2005 as she is constantly on a search to provide the most up to date real estate information and marketing tools for her clients. She was also recognized as a Top Producer at Macdonald Realty Westmar in 2006. Marites shares her knowledge, experiences and advice as the author of "Get Real--Real Estate Talk with Marites Pineda' which is a monthly featured article in the Asian Inside Views magazine.
